How to Order Your Custom Gown or Garment

We work with clients all over the world to create bespoke wedding dresses and garments. Because each piece is handmade, our spaces for custom orders are limited. Here is how we bring your vision to life, no matter where you are located.

1. Get in Touch: Reach out to us via email, or message us on Facebook or Instagram. We can discuss your ideas, colours, and fabrics. For a more in-depth experience, we offer detailed video consultations (available for a small fee).

2. The Design & Contract Once we have refined the details and you are happy with the design, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from your final balance. We will then send you a contract clearly outlining exactly what we have promised to make for you.

3. Creation & Payments We offer flexible payment plans—you can make payments as you choose, provided the garment is paid in full before shipping.

 

During the creation process, we will ask for three sets of measurements to ensure the perfect fit:

• Start: To plan fabric usage.

• Mid-point: To ensure your sizing hasn't changed.

• Final: To guarantee the best possible fit before completion.

4. The Reveal & Shipping Trust is key when working remotely. You will receive photo updates throughout the process. When your garment is finished, we set it up on a mannequin to photograph and video the final piece. We only ship once you have reviewed these visuals and are completely happy with your garment.

• Do you work with international clients? Yes! We work remotely and have shipped dresses all over the world.

• How do I book a slot? Contact us via email or social media. Once we agree on the design, a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract secure your space.

• How do payments work? The deposit is deducted from your final bill. You are free to pay the remaining balance in instalments, provided the full amount is paid before we ship the dress.

• How do you ensure the dress fits without a fitting? We use a rigorous three-step measurement process (start, middle, and end) to monitor your sizing.

• Will I see the dress before it arrives? Absolutely. We photograph the process, and we provide a detailed video and photo reveal of the finished garment on a mannequin for your final approval before shipping.
